اعزائى قراء مدونتى المتواضعه اليوم وبعد انقطاع قد دام عده سنوات عن اخر تدوينه لى عن طرق الربح من الانترنت اتيكم اليوم بموضوع جديد وهو القنوات الاسترخائيه على اليوتيوب وهى عباره عن بعض القنوات تنشر مقاطع موسيقيه بصور والحان تدعوا للهدوء والاسترخاء وهذا ما ينطبق مع رأى بعض الاطباء النفسيين انه من حين لاخر يحتاج الشخص لبعض الراحه والهدوء وبرغم ضغوط الحياه من مشقات تحدث خلال اليوم الا انهم يشددوا على ضروره اعطاء بعض الوقت للمساعده فى تحسين الحاله المزاجيه والقدرات النفسيه عند الشخص ومن الامثله على هذه القنوات امثله على نوعيه الفيديوهات
